St Alphage has served the Burnt Oak since the building of the Watling Estate in 1927; the year in which the building was consecrated to the glory of Almighty God.

Our Parish is within the Diocese of London and we are under the episcopal care of the Bishop of Fulham as we have passed a resolution.

We are a parish of the Society of St Wilfred and St Hilda, holding to a traditional view of the sacraments and particularly keeping the traditional view that whilst we believe in gender equality, only men are called to ordained ministry.
